How a booking runs

From quote to pack-up

Four steps, and the first one is the form above.

  1. 01

Step 1: You send the details

The date, the place and how many people. A rough headcount is enough to start.

  2. 02

Step 2: We send a written quote

It names the therapists, the hours and whether guests sit in a chair or lie on a table. You see it before you book.

  3. 03

    Step 3: We set up

The team arrives about thirty minutes before the first guest with chairs or tables and linens. We ask for a quiet room or a clear corner and a contact who can let us in.

  4. 04

    Step 4: We pack up

Guests take turns. When the last session ends we fold everything away and leave the space as we found it.

Who we work with

Offices, wedding parties and event planners

  • A chair in a quiet room for a day, or tables for a team off-site. One contact, one invoice, the same day each month if you like.

  • A therapist for each person getting ready, in the room your venue gives you, to a schedule set by the half hour.

  • Conferences, retreats and launches. We send one quote, work to your run of show and bring enough therapists for your headcount.

Five therapists, five licenses

Each therapist is licensed in Kentucky and travels with their own chair, table and linens.

Questions before the day

What do you bring?

Portable chairs or tables, sheets and towels, and oil for table sessions. We bring our own music only if you ask.

What do we need to provide?

A quiet room or a clear corner, a spot to load in and a contact who can let us in. Your quote says how much floor space the setup needs.

How long is a session?

Chair sessions run 10 to 20 minutes per guest. Table sessions run 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

Where do you work?

At your office or venue in Louisville and the towns around it. Put the address in your quote request.

How does pricing work?

We quote the date, the place and the headcount in writing before you book. How pricing works explains what shapes a quote.

Send us the date.

Tell us where, when and how many, and we reply within one business day.
