How pricing works
Every booking starts with a written quote for the date, the place and the headcount. You see the number before you book.
What decides the price
The length of the session, whether guests sit in a chair or lie on a table, how many therapists your headcount needs, how many hours we stay and the distance to your office or venue.

What the quote includes, and what it doesn't
The quote names the date, the place, the therapists and the hours, and says whether guests are in chairs or on tables. It covers set-up and pack-up. It does not include tips.
Deposits
A card or a deposit holds the date for larger bookings and goes toward your session. You see what is asked before you confirm.
Canceling or running late
Please give us 48 hours to move or cancel a group booking and 24 hours for a single session. If you are ill, tell us and we will move the time.
If your headcount changes
Tell your contact at Valise as soon as you know. We confirm the change in writing before the day, and nothing is added unless you agree.
Add-ons and changes on the day
More time for a guest is added on the day when the schedule allows, and you agree to it first.
Tipping
Tipping is optional. Add it when you pay online or hand it to your therapist; a group can split one tip among the team.
