A quiet corner is enough
A therapist needs a clear corner of a meeting room or break room, a place to load in and a contact who can let us in. We bring the chair or table and the linens, and we leave the room as we found it.
Guests book a turn on a sheet at the door or through your office contact. Nobody needs to change their day around us.
Portable chairs for clothed, seated sessions
Tables for a team off-site or a longer block
One contact and one quote for the day

Ways to book
Chair days, table days and standing days
Chair day
A therapist and a chair in a quiet room, with guests booked in turns of 10 to 20 minutes.
Table day
Tables in a meeting room for a team off-site, with sessions of 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Standing day
The same therapist on the same day each month, so the sign-up sheet becomes a habit.
Questions from office managers
How much room do you need?
A clear corner of a meeting room or break room is enough for a chair. A table needs a little more; your quote says how much.
Can people sign up on their own?
Yes. We can give your contact a sign-up sheet by turn, or take bookings from your team through the booking page.
Do guests need to change clothes?
Chair sessions are done fully clothed. For a table session, guests undress only as far as they are comfortable and are covered the whole time.
What if someone cancels?
We fill the turn from your list when we can. Your quote sets out how late changes are handled for your day.
