Our policies
What guests and organizers ask before they book.
Booking and deposits
Choose a time on the booking page once you have a quote. A card or a deposit holds the date for larger bookings, such as an office day or a wedding party, and goes toward your session. You see what is asked before you confirm.
Canceling and running late
Please give us 48 hours to move or cancel a group booking and 24 hours for a single session. If you are ill, tell us and we will move the time. A late start means a shorter session, so the next guest is not kept waiting.
If you miss an appointment
If a guest does not arrive, we hold their turn for 15 minutes, tell your contact and then release it.
Children and companions
Massage is for adults, and we serve guests who are 18 and over. At a wedding or an event, children do not take a session and stay out of the treatment area.
If you're not happy
Tell your therapist during the session and we will adjust. If something was not right, tell us within a few days and we will make it right.
Tipping
Tipping is optional and welcome. Add it when you pay online or hand it to your therapist. For a group, one tip can be split among the team.
Undressing and draping
Chair sessions are done fully clothed. On a table, guests undress only as far as they are comfortable and are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part being worked on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on.
Pressure, consent and stopping
Before we start, your therapist asks about pressure and any area to avoid, and checks in along the way. Ask for lighter or firmer at any time. You can pause, change position or end the session whenever you like, and we stop right away.
Before your visit
Wear what is comfortable. Drink water and eat lightly beforehand if you can. Come to your turn a few minutes early so the session gets its full time.
When to ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, or have a health concern, ask your doctor before you book and tell your therapist at the start. We do not diagnose.
